A. We have over 50 Full Time Concierge Service Reps - In-House - with numerous 5 Star Customer Service Awards to its credit. Our Concierge reps are here to service you. We are proud to have the best customer support in the business. You are a only toll free call away from a fabulous, memory filled luxury dream vacation.
Q. Can you give me an example how customer service can help me with my vacation?
A. Absolutely. How's this for an example?
Let's say you and your family would like to take a 2 week vacation to Italy, and you want to visit 5 cities. You simply let "our", or should I say "your" Concierge service rep know when you want to leave, when you want to come home, which cities you want to visit, how long you want to stay in each city... and then they go to work for you. Your itinerary will then be presented to you... flights, hotels, car rentals... everything. Then of course, if you see some changes you want to make, you simply let your Concierge service rep know. Once you are perfectly happy, your Concierge service rep books the entire trip for you... everything... flights, hotels, car rentals, everything... and with the very best pricing. In fact, they'll even arrange car service to and from the airport, help you with your passport, insurance and everything you need for that perfect dream vacation.

Q. Is this membership only available to the United States?
A. Our membership is available worldwide. However, at the present time we are only able to service English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic speaking members. -- and ONLY English speaking for the TraVista™ Worldwide business opportunity.
Q. How soon can I start using the membership?
A. IMMEDIATELY... after you submit your application, you will receive a welcome email with your user name and password.
Q. Can I have friends and family (outside of my immediate family) use my membership?
A. Yes - you can have up to 4 family members and friends added to your membership.
Q. What is the cost of the membership?
A. The cost of the membership is $896 - broken down into 8 monthly payments. Your first payment at application of $287 followed by 7 subsequent payments of $87. Once you make your 8th and final, you then maintain your membership with very modest renewal payments of ONLY $29.95 per quarter.
Q. Are there any additional maintenance fees?
A. NO. Once you make your 8th and final payment for a total of $896, all you need to do is pay your $29.95 quarterly renewal to keep your membership active.
Q. What if I am not happy with the membership, can I cancel or am I locked into making the full 8 payments?
A. There is no contract, and you can cancel at anytime. However, should you decide to cancel the membership, you must submit your cancellation within 7 days prior to the next payment due, to prevent that next payment to be charged. You should also know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS are allowed for any payments made up until that point of cancellation.
Q. How many vacations or trips can I book with my membership?
A. There are no limitations on how many vacations or trips you can take.
Q. How many resorts are available within the TraVista™ Worldwide membership?
A. We have the largest inventory in the industry. With over 5000 resorts Worldwide, our HUGE inventory exceeds 200,000 Weeks in Real Time.
Q. I am considering purchasing a time share. Why should I consider a TraVista™ Worldwide membership instead?
A. Time Shares have been very popular for decades with yearly revenues in the billions of dollars. However, each year sales are decreasing and we believe this vacation model is out dated, especially when you consider a TraVista Worldwide Travel & Lifestyle Membership as an alternative.
Besides paying anywhere from $10,000 - $50,000 for a time share, you are limited to how many vacations you can take. Plus you are subject to maintenance fees usually around $800 - $1000 a year. With a TraVista™ Worldwide membership, you not only have no limitations on how many vacations you can take, it would be hard press for you to find a one week stay at one of our 5000 luxury resorts for over $800.
Q. Are there any blackout dates or restrictions?
A. There are no black out date or restrictions, however you should know that certain times of the year, inventories can become limited.
Q. How nice are the resorts? Are these properties first class?
A. Our properties are first class all the way. They are beautiful 3, 4 and 5 Star Resorts. We even have private executive homes available, as well as high-end resorts with gorgeous bedrooms, big living rooms, full kitchens, and spacious balconies overlooking the ocean... or facing world class golf courses, or breathtaking views of the mountains.
Q. I love to go on luxury cruises. What can I expect by becoming a member?
A. You will have access to all of the Major Cruise Line around the world, including, but not limited to Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, Carnival, Princess, Holland America and Seaborne. Our extensive inventory will always guarantee you the lowest possible price at the time of booking. We also have Special Cruise Packages that can give as much as a 60% savings.
Q. Can I sell my membership?
A. Absolutely. It is your membership. At anytime you can sell or transfer your membership.
Q. What if it's not paid in full, can I transfer it to someone else?
A. Yes. But of course, that person would need to agree the terms and conditions and agree to continue making the monthly payments.
